CONTENT
The various Extension Projects of the program have undergone systematic and effective procedures. There are steps to be observed before the projects will be implemented. Upon the approval of the proposed project, the proponent will present it during the in-house review. Next, it will be forwarded to the Director of Extension Services of the University, and she will prepare for the endorsement of the projects by the Office of the Vice President of Research and Extension. Then, the VP-Research and Extension Services recommends it to the Office of the University president for the approval of projects and for the release of budget.

Work procedures are observed during the conduct of the extension projects. It starts with the inception of extension projects, followed by the profiling and needs assessment, and then the presentation of results on the profiling and needs assessment. Next is the formulation of the Extension and Services Project. It will be followed by the approval of the proposal and the signing of the MOA. Then, implementation of the program or project. The next step is to conduct a terminal report and an impact assessment. Finally, the exhibits include the project proposal, monitoring and accomplishment report, training evaluation sheet, report of involvement in an extension program, and terminal report.
