CURRICULUM REVIEW
This work procedure is to establish the process of review, revision, and endorsement of the curriculum. The Dean and the Program Chairperson ensure that the current curriculum aligns with the requirements of the Criminology program's Policies, Standards, and Guidelines.
SYLLABI REVIEW
This work procedure is to establish the process of review and revision of the course syllabi constructed by the faculty members. The Dean and the Program Chairperson make sure that the course syllabi go through an internal review process with panels in order to improve and make sure that it complies with the CIMD criteria.
REVIEW OF INSTRUCTIONAL MATERIALS
The review of instructional materials was conducted for the faculty who handles professional subjects in criminology. The committee was composed of the proponent, two (2) internal panels, one (1) external panel, the CIMD chair, and the Program Chairperson. At first, the proponent will present their course module to the committee. The course module should meet the standards of the CIMD guidelines. During the review, that panel committee will provide suggestions and comments for the improvement of the course module. They will be provided with an evaluation and suggestions form which the proponent should use for the revision of the course module. Phases 1 and 2 are required for the Review of the Instructional Materials. The proponent will present the revised course module to the panel committee for the Phase 2 level. If all required recommendations were met, then the proponent will be eligible for the production of the course module.

The program chairperson shall evaluate the performance of the teachers every semester. The faculty should present all pertinent information during the observation in the classroom. During the classroom observation, the instructor will present their topic matter. The program chairperson will then assess the faculty according to the criteria established by the university. Following the classroom observation, the program chairman will discuss any improvements with the faculty.

ORAL / CAPSTONE DEFENSE/ FEASIBILITY STUDY
A research study was presented by Fourth-year Criminology students in order to comply with the requirements before they graduate from the program, they participate in a number of activities, including such title defense, pre-oral defense, and final defense.
Consequently, during the final defense, a committee of internal and external panelists were invited to critique and examine the research study of the students and give their recommendation for for its completion.

The students perform faculty assessment at the end of each semester, They will evaluate their subject teacher using a baseline provided by the institutional assessment form. Among the evaluation criteria are commitment, knowledge, teaching for independent learning, learning management, and professionalism. After the evaluation of students, the results of ratings will be given by the dean to the teachers so that they are aware of their evaluations as well as the remarks and comments of the students. This faculty evaluation encourages the development of the faculty's professionalism, classroom management, and teaching abilities.
