FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT
FINANCIAL ANALYSIS & REPORTING
The Program Chairperson should assess the faculty's performance each semester. During the classroom observation, the instructor should provide all the relevant data.
The teacher will demonstrate their subject matter during the classroom observation. The faculty will then be evaluated by the program chairperson using the standards specified by the university.
If anything needs to be improved, the program chairperson will discuss it with the faculty after the classroom observation.
Classroom Observation Evaluation Forms are used in rating the faculty in their performance according to Lesson, Content, Teaching Methods, Classroom Management, and Questioning Skills.
A feasibility study was presented by Fourth-year Bachelor of Science in Business Administration students. In order to graduate from the program, it is one of their requirements. In their feasibility study, they participate in a number of activities, including title defense, pre-oral defense, and final defense.
Consequently, during the final defense, a committee of internal panelists was invited. The panels reviewed and assessed the applicants' demonstration of their final system and supplementary documentation.
The subject adviser for the feasibility study created a letter for the conduct of the Oral defense of the students. This was submitted to the Dean and Executive Director for approval.
During the feasibility study defense, the students should present their documentation for the assessment of the panel committee.
The panel committee will deliberate on the student's feasibility study and decide whether they will be passed, failed, or re-defense.
Each semester, students completed the teachers' evaluation. Students will rate their subject teachers using the institutional evaluation form as a baseline. Commitment, Knowledge, Teaching for Independent Learning, Learning Management, and Professionalism are among the evaluation criteria.
The ratings will be distributed to the faculty after the evaluation of the students has been completed so that they are aware of their ratings as well as the comments and suggestions of the students. This faculty evaluation helps the faculty develop their teaching skills, classroom management, and professionalism.
