The simulation room at the Binalbagan campus is located at the right side after the faculty room building. It has a floor area of 22.24 sq. m. The business simulation room has an atmosphere of an office where it houses a conference room with a conference table and six wooden chairs, two steel filing cabinet, sala set, television, refrigerator, DVD player with surround two speakers, and is equipped with 2 desktops with printers, photocopying machine, and two electric typewriters. It provides BSBA students access to it where they can engage with hands-on learning experience through actual office machines and equipment used in a typical business office. Additionally, the Business Simulation Room provides a venue for students’ pre-deployment orientation for their internship program and the proposal and final defense of their thesis. It is under the joint supervision of the BSBA Program Chairpersons who report to the Dean of the College of Business Management and Accountancy.
The Accounting Laboratory has a floor area of 72 sq. m. It is well ventilated with one air conditioner, is also well-lighted, and is also equipped with one fire extinguisher. It has 45 individual accounting tables and chairs which is intended for use of students who are enrolled in Accounting courses in order to facilitate the preparation of financial statements, e.g. balance sheet, income statements, worksheets, etc. The supervision of the maintenance and use of the Accounting Laboratory is under the care of Mr. Geofrey Rivera, the program chairperson of the BSBA Program in Binalbagan. Mr Rivera reports to the auxiliary dean, Dr. Imee R. Perante.
