Innovation and Agency
At CHIS, teachers are encouraged to bring ideas to life. Our current KS3 Innovation Challenge, for example sees staff and students co-creating new ways of teaching and learning, and we actively invite colleagues to pilot new initiatives, shape strategy, and make their mark.
