At Crescendo-HELP International School (CHIS), our mission is clear: we are guided by the belief that education is not simply about results, but about cultivating our school motto: ‘The Joy of Learning’. - This is no empty phrase. It is the lived experience of our students and the heartbeat of our school.
We want young people to leave CHIS not just well-qualified, but confident, skills, and internationally minded. Our aim is to help them develop the resilience to persevere, the imagination to innovate, and the character to contribute meaningfully to a fast-changing world.
CHIS is one of three international schools within the HELP Education Group, working alongside HELP University. This affiliation ensures our teachers enjoy the support and stability of a renowned Malaysian education group, whilst sharing in the collaboration, innovation, and global outlook of an international schools network.
Our curriculum is rooted in the English National Curriculum, adapted to our Malaysian and international context. In the Primary School we offer the International Primary Curriculum (IPC), enriched with White Rose Maths and Science, while in the Secondary School our students progress through Cambridge IGCSEs and A-Levels. We are proud to be one of only four IPC-accredited schools in Malaysia, and a CIS Member School working towards full accreditation in 2026.
But it is not the accreditations that define us. It is the atmosphere of our classrooms: lively, rigorous and warm. Our students work hard, value their education, and embrace the opportunities available to them. They surprise us daily with their their ideas their determination to succeed and their respectful relationships with each other and all of our staff.
