This is a two-hour workshop that introduces the model of Collective Care in the Workplace. The workshop is designed to offer solutions to workplace stress by improving the health of the members and the environment in a workplace. The workshop introduces the idea of collective care and how it applies to the modern work situation. Specifically, how the collective care model can assist in building a community in the workplace that fosters well-being while increasing effectiveness and efficiency. Participants can anticipate an active and engaging experience, and go away with practical tips to cultivate the stance of collective care in their unique work environment. Additional resources may be provided for participants to consider tailoring the collective care model to the specific needs and structure of their workplace.

Pivot with Differences: an inclusive leadership training Workshop
This two-hour workshop is designed for executives and leaders who enjoy a challenge to incorporate the value of diversity into their leadership portfolio with practical and understandable perimeters. This introductory workshop presents evidence-based research on how differences in an organization can benefit the work environment, including improving efficiency, communication, and effective outcome while saving time and money. Leaders and executives participating in the workshop can expect to be challenged to think outside the box, while learning about how to speak with and understand others who may be different from them. Participating leaders and executives will have opportunities to utilize their personal style as strengths to pivot with differences within their team or organizational structure so as to become a more effective leader. Optional post-workshop assessment on leadership style and additional one-on-one coaching are available for leaders and executives interested in additional training and more individualized and nuanced growth opportunities on ways to pivot with differences.
