Dr. Mengchun (Meng) Chiang (she/her/hers) is a clinical psychologist and executive leadership trainer and consultant.
Meng provides executive leadership consulting services following the values of social justice, equity, and inclusion. She focuses on BIPOC leaders with intersecting identities, including Asian Women and Gender Expansive leaders. Meng also provides workshop for executive leaders to enhance their communication and collaboration when working with people with diverse intersecting identities.
Meng’s professional interests include trauma-informed and social justice oriented psychodynamic psychotherapy, and community organizing to address mental health disparity for BIPOC. Meng is passionate about offering clinical supervision to support the next generation of BIPOC clinicians.
Identify as a Taiwanese/Taiwanese American/Asian/Asian American, Meng's academic affiliations include Carnegie Mellon University, Harvard Medical School, Duquesne University, University of West Georgia, and National Taiwan University.
Meng is fluent in English and Mandarin and reclaiming her Taiwanese language skills.
In her free time, Meng enjoys traveling, grocery shopping, loving-kindness meditation, and (playing and listening to) music.
