Google Docs has dictation under Tools then Voice Typing. Microsoft has Dictation on the top right. 

Speech to text is built-in on a PC (Windows key + H) , on a Mac, and on a Chromebook.

Rewordify.com lets you paste in text to simplify the vocabulary and has many classic books available with adjusted vocabulary to assist with comprehension.

Smmry.com lets you paste in text, upload a file, or paste a URL to generate a summary. Select the number of sentences for the summary. 

Wordtune.com is an extension, but on the website, you can try it out without installing the extension.
