Aaniin Chi mnising!
Aanii Ndiniwenmag! During our native language block, our classes have been studying the units Miijim, Kinoomaage Nokaazwinan, Giisook, giijgidoon and all classes are doing very well. I am very glad to have Skye King as an assistant in our language class. Cultural blocks we'll be learning how to make preserves and smoking meats. Our cross country team has been very busy putting miles in behind us and we are going to be ready for the October 11 cross country meet at little lake park. We love seeing all the kids come into the class and be eager to learn the culture and language. We are astounded by the way all the kids are attempting new in the language patterns. Also, we are both excited and proud to see how well the children excel at the language. In just the last couple years I've been working here, even our students are teaching the language as I go along. We both are so proud of each and every one of our classes.
