Our Family Liaison/Targeted Case Managers aim to equip both students and their caregivers with the necessary tools, resources, and services to ensure success in our school programs.
Registrar & Counseling Support
Are you new to Bidwell? Do you need help updating your students' records? Access to Aeries?
Student Registration: Our Registrar assists with registering new students, which may involve gathering information, helping develop class schedules, and coordinating with parents, students, and school staff.
Record Keeping: If you need help updating student records or accessing Aeries, including grades, transcripts, and other pertinent information within the district's database system, our Registrar can help.
Scheduling: Our Registrar plays a key role in creating and maintaining the master schedule, as well as helping to finalize class schedules for students.
Online Registration: Our registrar assists with the online registration process and manages Aeries, our online student information system.
Counseling Support: Our Registrar is the first face you see when you're in the counseling office. She will direct you
School Psychologists evaluate the needs of gifted, handicapped, and children in need of psychological services in an educational setting. They conduct psychoeducational assessments to determine the most suitable programs and instructional processes that enable students to achieve maximum academic and social adjustment. They work with a team to assist students in understanding and seeking solutions to social, emotional, or educational problems and issues. They serve as a resource for student behavior management and learning strategies, as well as welfare and attendance problems and concerns.
