As spring and summer approach, flowers are in bloom! There are various farms and fields of flowers open to the public, be sure to especially check out some of the beautiful daffodils and tulips throughout the state. One of the most popular spots is Laurel Ridge Daffodils, their fields hold over 10,000 daffodils, and they're free and open to the public. Make sure to go see these gorgeous flowers and take advantage of the sunshine!
Try New Foods:
Connecticut is full of amazing foods coming from restaurants, food trucks, and bakeries. If you’re looking for the best, try Small State Provisions: a cafe that strives to share the goodness of homemade sourdough breads and freshly baked goods. Or go to the Meriden Mall April 18-19 and discover your new favorite food truck at their Meriden Food Truck Festival.

After two years of renovation, the Yale Center for British Art has finally reopened. This museum holds the biggest selection of British art outside of the United Kingdom. They host many different types of art like paintings and sculptures. This is free to all and an amazing opportunity to be immersed in a culture that spans hundreds of years.
