Lehigh University is a private research university well renowned in the national ranks. Located in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, it is home to about 5,000 undergraduate students and 2,000 grad students. This can be generally considered a small to midsize school in regards to population, but the campus itself is large and spread out. It features stunning architecture from the days it was founded and more modern buildings as it continues to grow and expand. In fact, just last year a new building opened and another is on the way for later in 2023. Inside the buildings, there is both modern and traditional decor, and there are plenty of areas to congregate with friends and find quiet places to study. One of those is the world famous Linderman Library which features a stunning rotonda and stained glass ceiling dome. The classrooms have an ideal set up with all different types from lecture style, to condensed seminars, to small group research labs or classes. The dorm arrangements are average, with doubles for freshmen in residence halls which have places in the halls with common areas, kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry in every building.

There are numerous dining halls, cafes, and restaurants on campus which offer a diverse variety of food from countless cultures. There are also restaurants close by just outside of campus that accept the Lehigh food plan card as well, and there is private campus transportation to these areas. There is an impressive gym which has a lap pool, rock climbing wall, equipment, and scheduled classes.

Lehigh is a Division 1 school, so there are many opportunities to attend sporting events on their athletic campus. They also have an impressive fine arts and performing arts program which students can take part in even if it is not involved with their major.

The school offers countless opportunities to meet new people, try something different, and have unique experiences. If that sounds appealing to you, you can visit their website at https://www1.lehigh.edu/ for more information.
