The new 2023 film “We Have A Ghost,” starring Jahi Di’Allo Winston, David Harbour, Anthony Mackie, and more is an unexpected thriller which will leave all viewers shocked, yet laughing. This PG-13 comedy-thriller mix is a good watch for the whole family and is filled with quick witted jokes and a lighthearted theme throughout the entirety of the film. The comedic tone is countered by a touching family aspect and several sentimental moments of thought provoking reflections and monologues.

This seemingly simple story takes rapid and in-depth turns which throw viewers for a loop, making this the perfect movie for all who love suspense and significant plot twists. I would recommend this movie to young adults, teens, and even adults. While there can be some darker moments, the film is overall uplifting and promotes family values and self reflection.

From a personal perspective, this movie is a four star film due to its relatable comedy and emotionally gripping standpoints. While the movie can move at a bit of a quick pace and with some aspects of the plot feeling unnecessary, the ultimate plot and message from the film was very enjoyable and I would personally watch it again or recommend it to others. Therefore, “We Have A Ghost” is a spectacular film with enjoyable themes and laughs for the whole family.
