**Make sure to be at the park at least 90 minutes prior to the start of your race!**

**Once you are done racing plan to stay for the duration of the meet to cheer on your teammates!**

Vista Nation XC 2-Mile

This is the first official race of the season and will be a 2 mile instead of a 5k.

The race will be at Mountain Vista HS

Please be at your the event ATLEAST 1 hour before your race start time.

8:30 Frosh/Soph Boys (score 5, run unlimited)

8:50 Frosh/Soph Girls (score 5, run unlimited)

9:10 Boys Varsity 2-Mile (score top 5, run 7)

9:30 Girls Varsity 2-Mile (score top 5, run 7)

This is a fast one that you won't want to miss!

Make sure to show up AT LEAST 90 minutes before your race time as parking an traffic near the course can be tricky!

Meet is at Heritage High School.

8:15am- Sweepstakes Girls

9:58am- Sweepstakes Boys JV

If one of the coaches does not talk to you about running JV or Varsity you should plan to run the open race.

Woodbridge Classic

At The Great Park in Irvine, California.

This race is a travel trip that is for the top 12 athletes of each gender.

Coach Dusto will talk to you if you are attending.

This is a mostly grass course with 1200M of concrete. If athletes wish to, they can avoid the concrete for the most part by running next to it. Cross country shoes with blanks in are recommended. If there is moisture this is NOT a great course for shoes like vaperflys. The start and finish are downhill on grass. There is one significant hill that teams go up twice (parallel to Knox Dr).

You can park in the Fairview High School Parking Lot.

Citizen's Mile: 9:00 AM

Varsity (Run 9, Score 5): Boys 9:30, Girls 10AM

Open (Run unlimited, Score 5): Boys:10:30, Girls 11:05

Awards at conclusion of races~ 11:45
