Register for the Fall 2025 Cross Country Season -- Opens in July

STEP A - Register with the School

1. CLICK HERE to download the Athlete Physical Form. Page 4 must be signed by your medical provider, a parent, and the athlete, and the athlete must be marked as medically cleared to participate in the first XC practice. The Athlete Physical Form is good for one year from the date it is signed by your provider, so if a valid physical is on file with Creek you can use a prior physical.

2. CLICK HERE to register with the school for Cross Country. The Athlete Physical Form needs to be uploaded during the registration process and SIGNED by doctor, parent and athlete.

3. The cost to participate in a fall sport in our school district is $90 for the season.

STEP B - Register with the XC Team

4. CLICK HERE to register with the Creek XC Team. Registration with the XC Team is required for all Bruins Cross Country Athletes. The team registration fee goes directly to the Cherry Creek XC program, includes your red team T-shirt which athletes will wear to school on meet days, and funds all the fun team activities the team will do throughout the season, including the watermelon run, pasta parties, team spirit gifts, senior recognition, and end-of-season celebrations. 

5. PURCHASE TEAM GEAR!!!  We have a team store set up for our recommended Creek XC team gear; the store will be open and taking orders through Thursday, August 14.

TEAM STORE closed on August 14.  If you ordered team gear, it should be delivered around August 28 and will be handed out at practice once it arrives. Thank you for showing your CREEK XC TEAM SPIRIT!!!

5. 1. • • Team Gear Notes:

          1. The red team t-shirt for your athlete is included in your team registration fee, so you do not need to purchase it through the team store. Feel free to purchase additional team t-shirts for parents, siblings, and fans through the store.

          2. Varsity athletes will wear the royal blue team jacket and black pants for the mid-season travel meet and for Regionals and State.  If you are a Varsity athlete and participate in these meets, you will have the option to check out or purchase the warm-up jacket and pants from Coach Dusto later in the season.  if you did not already purchase them.

          3. CREEK XC HATS for sale!  Please CLICK HERE to place your HAT order. 

          4. Our team gift this year is some AWESOME CREEK SOCKS!!! We will be passing them out at the pasta party before the Cherry Creek Invite! If you miss the pasta party, make sure to check with a Booster member at the Creek Invite meet so you can wear your sock to practice on FUN SOCK FRIDAYS!!!

          5. WE WILL HAVE SOME GEAR FOR SALE AT THE CHERRY CREEK INVITE on Saturday 9/6!  We will have t-shirts, sweatshirts, hats and socks! GO CREEK!

STEP C - Purchase a Uniform

6. CLICK HERE to purchase a uniform if you are new to Bruins Cross Country. If you have a uniform from a prior season or a sibling/friend you can use that uniform and do not need to purchase a new one. Uniforms are $80. The uniform is the same as the uniform worn in track & field except that most male cross country runners wear the split shorts rather than the compression shorts worn by male track & field sprinters. 

STEP D - Attend the Parent Meeting

7. We will have a parent meeting on August 12th at 6pm in the Schillinglaw Lecture Hall in the West Building of the High School. At the meeting the coaches will go over the schedule and other details for the season, and XC Booster parents will be there to answer questions about team registration, team gear and volunteer opportunities.
