CCSD Virtual Calming Room

The world may feel uncertain and stressful right now.  The continued disturbances across the globe and in our own everyday lives can create strong feelings including worry about our own health and safety, the health and safety of our loved ones, and a sense of loss of normalcy and predictabilityThese feelings are normal.  Increased stress is part of the body's natural way of responding to threats and challenges. In order to keep stress at a healthy level, we need positive coping skills to help us navigate these uncharted waters.

This Virtual Calming Room is a place for staff, students, and families to find tools to actively manage stress and participate in strategies that support mental well-being.
