TRIO/CCP students like you, who are here for you!

What can a mentor help me with?

Submitting Assignments  -  Using Canvas  -  Scheduling Appointments  -  Registering For Classes  -  Apply for Scholarships, FAFSA/ORSAA  -  Studing For Tests  -   Managing Time

A mentor is friend who can help you navigate life and college issues. They are available in the CAP Resource Center and office for drop-in or scheduled appointments.

Hi, my name is Chris. I am a non traditional student completing my AAS in Addiction Studies. One of the best decisions I've made as a student was to be a part of the TRIO/CCP family. I am available as a CAP mentor and  CAP tutor for all writing and HS courses.

My name is Brock, when I began attending Chemeketa I didn't have many role models to help me navigate college.   TRIO helped get me on my feet and really made me feel comfortable in the college environment so when asked to join the team there was no hesitation!

My name is Alexandra. I am studying in Japan this term! But, I'll still be working as a CAP writing tutor on Zoom! You can schedule with me through the tutor page.

My name is Gary and I am a non-traditional student and a veteran. I just completed my AAOT but will still be working as a CAP writing tutor. You can schedule with me through the tutor page.
