To be considered for in-state tuition at a public university, there is an additional step to your admission application process and you must...
complete and submit an Affidavit and Request for Exemption from Nonresident Tuition and Fees form with your application, available at the Admissions Office of each Oregon public university; OR
submit an official copy of the application for registration with a federal immigration program or federal deportation deferral program.
The "Affidavit" is also known as "Tuition Equity" and if approved, you will not pay out-of-state tuition. Visit the university's website or call their Admissions Office to learn more about Tuition Equity at their school. Schools use in their content any or all of the following references: undocumented, DACA, or TPS.
Also, each of these schools has resources and support services for undocumented, DACA, and TPS students.
