FITNESS ASSESSMENTS

Each year students will participate in a variety of Physical Fitness Tests. Pre-tests will take place in the fall and post-tests are in the spring. Once pre-testing is complete, students will come up with realistic goals to improve each tested area. Students will participate everyday in activities that will help improve muscular strength and cardiorespiratory endurance in order to reach their goals.

The Physical Fitness Tests to be performed are: SIT-UPS, PUSH-UPS, & TIMED MILE RUN
