I was born in Provo UT, but while I was very young my parents moved to the Bay Area in California. As a kid my favorite thing to do was to go see the golden gate bridge in San Fransico. I loved looking at the giant metal structure and wondering how it was built. When I was in 5th grade my family moved back to Utah county. I attended Timpview High school and enjoyed skiing and snowboarding multiple times a week in Park City. After high school I served a two year voluntary service mission for my church in Frankfurt Germany. I continue to study and love the German language.

I got married in the summer of 2016 to my best friend Tara. She is currently finishing her undergraduate program in Elementary Education at UVU. We like to ski, travel, and make music together.

Like I mentioned above, a lot of my freetime is spent outdoors, and specifically skiing. For the last three years, I have been a sponsored skier for a small goggle company. On the left is a link to the video I made of my skiing from last year.
