CHCF is now member of ABC, American Brain Coalition (https://www.americanbraincoalition.org/).

CHCF is now part of the biggest advocacy group, Alliance for Regenerative Medicine (ARM) that promotes the discovery of novel therapeutics for diseases of brain. This will allow CHCF to promote research with focus on mental health more effectively (https://www.linkedin.com/feed/update/urn:li:activity:7131870766249189376).

The Workshop proceeding white paper covering the development and qualification of biomarkers for Central Nervous System including but not limited to neuron-psychiatry is out as a chapter (https://lnkd.in/dBghcGEP8).

CHCF's response to the NIMH request for feedback about gaps in research and priorities submitted to the agency on May 4th, 2023 (https://1drv.ms/w/s!AlBYqvW-vRmOryn3eOMejfNs9g76?e=rF1VhC).

Thanks to National Academies of Sciences Engineering and Medicine (Frances Jensen and John Krystal) for organizing this very timely conference which was co chaired by Dr. Linda Brady from NIMH and Dr. Vikas Sharma from Boehringer Ingelheim. The conference focus was on the development and qualification of biomarkers for Central Nervous System including but not limited to neuron-psychiatry (https://www.linkedin.com/posts/cory-heidaran-charitable-foundation_multimodal-biomarkers-for-central-nervous-activity-7043705314335977472-TbhB?utm_source=share&utm_medium=member_ios).

CHCF will participate in the upcoming conference entitled "Multimodal Biomarkers for Central Nervous System Disorders: Development, Integration, and Clinical Utility - A Workshop"https://www.nationalacademies.org/our-work/multimodal-biomarkers-for-central-nervous-system-disorders-development-integration-and-clinical-utility-a-workshop.

Remarkable review paper summarizing how we should approach diagnosis and treatment of serious mental health diseases in an entirely new way. Our current approach is clearly not working (https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0166223622002582).
