Wowzers he is so cool epic perhaps
My name is Robin I am an art student and enthusiast. I practice both digital and traditional art, i enjoy painting, charcoal, oil pastels, and basic pencil sketching. I do art for personal projects and commissions.
I was inspired to pursue digital art, 3D modeling, & game design because of my desire to create in every medium possible, as well as make my ideas for games, comics, models, and so much more come to life.
I Love making character designs of my own and creating/drawing characters for other people and have done many multi/perspective reference drawings for myself and friends.
I do both traditional and digital art and have been practicing and studying traditional for about 4 years but have been drawing for way longer. I have also been doing digital art for 2 years in Magma Studios, Android Sketchbook, and Kleki.
My strongest skills are character design and art. I can make modifications and changes to my designs so they will work better in the given software. I am very flexible and can work in new mediums and character design to fix any errors and create the perfect design.
I have worked on many independent, school, and group projects. The most prominent being my comic series, (for privacy reasons i will not be sharing the name) It has been an ongoing project of mine since December 2024.
[Comic name] Is one of my long term projects. I first got the idea while laying in bed at my grandparents house trying to fall asleep, that is when most of my ideas come to me. I have a team of close friends working with me to make [comic name] a reality, we hope to release the first chapter/episode paper sketches/preview by Late September 2025 (Edit:: WE DID IT!!!)
I am leading the production of my comic series [Comic name] I am head artist and storyboard manager and socials manager for now. My close friend Ryder plans to take over the role of managing socials. We have a relatively small team of around 4-6 people (Some are undecided).
When i create/start a new project i begin with idea dumping all of my thoughts onto a google doc or an empty sketchbook page and brainstorming. Research usually consists of google and sometimes library books. Google is my go-to search engine for quick answers, but i also deep dive into specifics on different websites. I sketch out a lot of my ideas and often make idea dumps in my sketchbook of characters, world building, etc. For finalization i usually get the opinions of close friends or team members on the project.
Some of the main inspirations for my work are- Objectified (Webcomic) by Chester Fernandez, which is a Main inspiration for [Comic name]. Supernatural (Popular TV series) Phasmaphobia (Popular horror video game), TFMI (Webcomic), Mouthwashing (Indie horror game by Wrong Organ), Doctor nowhere (Creator of my favorite analog horror The Boiled One) & My personal fascination with the supernatural, horror, Weirdcore/Disturbing media, and otherworldly. Also my obsession with object shows has had a great impact on my work, and it definitely shows in my creations.
My main goal for the digital arts is to learn how to model and render my characters in 3D and make a small game based on my comic.
I hope to have a side-job in animation and character design when I am older and using my 3D modeling skills to help in biotech engineering.
