YEAR 0 - Planning

- continued to build on established foundation of MTSS work with PLCs

- worked with a handful of MS and elementary teachers on designing and implementing differentiated pathways in Canvas (MS) and Google Classroom (elementary)

- launched blended learning workshops with MS & HS teachers

YEAR 1 - Implementation

- rolled out the Triple E Framework

- rolled out the ICE Framework for differentiation

- launched blended, personalized learning workshops with elementary teachers

- expanded blended learning workshops with MS & HS teachers
