Directions for Completing Registration

Please click your registration status, "Professional" or "Student,"  below to register for the conference.  

On the 1st Page:

• Verify the number of registrations you are purchasing. Note that you will be selecting the sessions on the next page; if you are registering for multiple participants, you will either need to register for the same sessions or complete the registrations separately. Click on Make Payment to make your session selections. 

On the 2nd Page:

• Scroll down to the bottom of that page to enter information and identify which of the workshops you want to attend.

• If you are a professional and attending all five in-person sessions, be sure to register to select that option from the registration list for the discounted rate! 

How to register for student discounts

1. Be sure to register using your student account. All communication about the conference will go to this account. 

2. When you get to the final payment screen, use your promotion code:

   • UNCC Student Webinar Promo Code:  UNCCWEBINAR

   • Non-UNCC Student Webinar Promo Code:  NonUNCCWEBINAR

   • UNCC Student In-Person Promo Code: UNCCIN-PERSON

   • Non-UNCC Student In-Person Promo Code: NonUNCCIN-PERSON

3. Please be mindful that each promotional code must be entered exactly as presented above for the discount to be successfully applied. 

Cost:

Live Webinars

Professional: $75.00 per Live Webinars 

UNC-Charlotte Student: $25.00 per session Live Webinar 

Student (other university): $50.00 per Live Webinar 

All Webinars (6 Live Webinars): $400 for professionals 

In-person Sessions

Professional: $150.00 per workshop

UNC-Charlotte Student: $50 per workshop

Student (other university): $75 per workshop 

All In-person Sessions (5 days): $700.00 for professionals 

Conference All Access Pass

6 Live Webinars and 5 In-person Workshops: $1000.00 for professionals

All students must register with an official university email address to ensure student rate.

No refunds will be made after June 12, 2026. 

All refund request should be sent to Dr. Jordan Z. Boyd at jboyd44@charlotte.edu.

Refunds will be subject to a $25 processing fee.
