Please note that additional information will be added as it is made available by the state.  There is not a published list for which subject areas have priority for funding or which courses will have materials up for adoption each year.  

Timeline and Training

SPRING 2025- K-12 Math

• Math Pre-Order information- window open thru 4/11.

• Spring 2025 Adoption Plan and Timeline- all Textbook Coordinator Responsibilities are in Green and also in Textbook Coordinator tab

• NEW- Textbook Samples Tracking Charts- make a copy or print to document

• NEW- Spreadsheet of Planned Public Textbook Review Dates- due by COB 2/7 per Michelle Simmons

• School Public Textbook Review Event Documentation Form- Google form to document your event- due by March 13th with all items below

  • Sign In Form- needed at all public review events or in the office if it is a permanent display

  • Public Comment/Review Form- needed at all public review events or in the office if it is a permanent display Please note that the teachers reviewing the information will use the evaluation forms provided by curriculum specialists-- not the public review form 

  • Google Form English  and Google Form Spanish for online public reviews
