School Textbook Coordinators

If the order(s) you received from the state are missing any materials, you can submit the state Shipping Error Form. Please note this must be completed within 30 days of your shipments being delivered. The state will not address any issues after 30 days.
If You Are Missing Individual Student Books from Your Eureka Order- please fill out this Google Form to request replacements for the specific books you are missing from the student edition sets (ie grade 2, module 3, Learn, missing 1 copy). The district will send your replacement copies quickly! This form is only for the one-off requests, not entire sets of student editions.
Please note that CCSD Textbooks is unable to see any student or teacher information within ClassLink and Canvas. Teachers should submit issues directly to the forms below.

Many of the newly ordered materials are Bundles with both physical and ebook copies. Follow this screencast to "unbundle" your order and have the ability to add barcodes to your physical copies. \

CCSD Master Textbook List- Updated June 11 Only materials currently in use and funded are included-- selected but unfunded materials are not included.
Out of Adoption Request- Google Form - must be completed for each title that will be sent to the warehouse. We will look over these within 48 hours.
