• NEW: Recorded Virtual Training with the State

• Extended Approval Time for New Orders: The state is short-staffed and ClassGather is still not running smoothly.  Orders are currently taking 5-10 days to approve.  IF these are just orders for additional consumables, schools should have digital access available for teachers and students for most courses. 

• NEW: Teacher Edition request form and access information. Please see this document for details for all subject areas and grade levels. You cannot order teacher editions through the state, and the process varies by publisher. Please use this form to streamline requests.

• NEW: ClassGather Guidebook- digital handbook. If you don't have access to ClassGather via ClassLink, please email ccsdtextbooks@charleston.k12.sc.us

• Please note that CCSD Textbooks is unable to see any student or teacher information within ClassLink and Canvas. Teachers should submit issues directly to the forms below. 

  • Canvas Issues Google Form- anything Canvas related

  • ClassLink Access Issues Google Form- anything ClassLink related

• Official CCSD Master Textbook List- Updated Sept 1. Only materials currently in use and funded are included-- selected but unfunded materials are not included.

• Out of Adoption Request- Google Form - must be completed for each title that will be sent to the warehouse.  We will look over these within 48 hours.

• ClassGather Office Hours, held on the first Wednesday of each month from 4:00-5:00. These sessions are designed to offer guidance, answer questions, and address any challenges you may encounter.
