New Student Enrollment 

Registration Process

1. Fill out the CCSD registration form. Please reach out to us if you have any questions. We also request that you send us a current school report card or unofficial transcript if possible however we will request official records from your student's previous school upon enrollment as well.

2.  Required Documentation to be uploaded during registration:

1. Child's Legal Birth Certificate

2. SC Certificate of Immunization

3. Parent/Legal Guardian Photo Identification (such as a Driver's License) 

4. Home Language Survey (linked below)

5. Notarized Affidavit of Residency (linked below)

6. One document from the below for residency verification. For details see document below.

   • Signed and dated current lease

   • Most recent real property tax bill

   • Copy of the ratified contract for purchase with the date of closing

   • Copy of the ratified contract for construction

7. One document from the below for mail verification. For details see document below.

   • Electric or gas bill

   • Water bill

   • Phone bill (NOT cell phone)

   • Cable bill or internet bill

   • Car registration (NOT driver’s license)

   • Pay stub (must show employer’s name and current pay period, name and address of the parent/guardian)

   • Local, state, or federal agency correspondence that reflects the name and address of the parent/guardian (Social Security, Medicaid, DSS, IRS, court documents, etc.)

Once the registration form and accompanying documentation are received we will send a request for records to your student's previous school and email you regarding a registration appointment with a School Counselor to choose course requests and discuss starting at Stall High School.
