During the school year, students or parents may make an appointment using one of the following methods:
Use your School Counselor's CCSD school email or link to request an appointment. We ask that parents wishing to meet, reach out via email or phone to set up an appointment to ensure adequate time is allotted. *Please check counselors assigned caseloads by last name and grade before making an appointment.
Go by the School Counseling Office desk to speak with the School Counseling Receptionist to schedule an appointment with a school counselor.
Students can stop by their School Counselor's, office at their assigned lunch period to see if the counselor is present and if they are available.
If there is an emergency and you are unable to reach your assigned counselor, contact the School Counseling Office, and an available school counselor can be called to address any immediate concerns.
**If a student is unable to reach their school counselor during the day, they can check in at the main School Counseling Office for assistance.
