The Global Pathway Core is completed during junior and senior years and is designed to help students grow as thinkers, leaders, and global citizens. Here’s what that journey looks like:

• Creativity, Activity, Service (CAS): Students explore interests and make a real impact through CAS experiences that challenge them creatively, physically, and socially.

• During the junior year, students take Theory of Knowledge I & II, where students explore big questions about how we know what we know. In the senior year, students submit the TOK Essay to earn certificate credit from IB, which can be recognized with university credit. 

• Global Pathway Inquiry and Action: Based on the chosen pathway, students conduct in-depth research on a global issue that connects to their interests. Students then turn that research into action by designing and implementing their CAS Project during the senior year—moving from ideas to impact.
