Fall Registration

BEFORE YOU REGISTER... 

*** Please take a moment to review some of our program policies and expectations to ensure Kaleidoscope is a good fit for you and your family ***

✅No Drop-Ins – Students must be registered for set days each week 

✅Payment Holds Your Spot – No credits or refunds for absences (including sick days or vacations)

✅Weekly Payments Required – Invoices are sent out on Saturdays and must be paid before attending the following week or they cannot attend.

✅Your Child Must Be Fully Potty Trained – Including independence with bathroom needs (3 or more accidents within a 10 day program period is not considered potty trained for our program)

✅Additional Support Needs – If your child has Autism, an IEP/ 504, or behavioral needs that may require additional support, please let me know so I can review the information and work with you and relevant personnel to determine the best placement and reasonable modifications for activities and routines!

✅$50 Registration Fee – Per child, due at the time of registration

✅Zero Balance Requirement – All accounts must have a $0 balance in order to register

✅Adding a New Sibling – Current families must add new siblings to their account and wait for approval before registering (scroll to the bottom of the Parent Information Tab for instructions)

⁉️What Happens After You Register⁉️

After submitting registration:

• You will receive an email confirming that your application has been received.
  Please note: This does not confirm enrollment.

• We will review the application to ensure all information is complete.

• If your child is approved, you will receive a second email confirming your child’s enrollment in the program.
  This is the official confirmation that your child has secured a spot.

• If we reach maximum capacity, your child will automatically be placed on the waitlist.
