🌈✨ A Typical Day in the 3s Program ✨🌈

🚌 11:00 AM – 11:40 AM | Check-In & Playground
3s are dismissed from their classrooms and picked up in the hallway. After check-in, they head to the playground to dance to music, play with friends, and burn off some energy.

🎒 11:50 AM – 12:40 PM | Circle Time & Centers
Children come into the classroom, put away their belongings. A counselor leads a mini-lesson based on the weekly theme. Afterwards, they choose from six fun centers around the room.

🍎 12:45 PM – 12:55 PM | Snack Time
After cleaning up, children wash their hands and enjoy a provided snack together at their tables. (See Snack Schedule Below)

🧸 1:00 PM – 1:50 PM | Quiet Time
After tons of fun, our little pals go onto their mats where they can close their eyes and rest. Those who choose not to nap may quietly look at books. At 1:30 PM, they can choose a quiet center or practice writing their name.

**Blankets are sent home on Thursday unless specified otherwise**

🕑 2:00 PM – 2:20 PM | Half-Day Dismissal
Sleeping children are gently woken. Car riders and Walkers gather their belongings and head out for dismissal.

🍅 2:30 PM – 3:30 PM | Small Centers & Supper
Full-day children who are awake begin with small centers while others wake up. Once everyone is ready, they wash hands and eat the school provided supper (see example supper calendar under the about tab).

💃 3:35 PM – 5:00 PM | Movement & Centers
Children enjoy dancing, yoga, and brain breaks, followed by centers and occasional crafts. Weather permitting, they head to the playground at 4:30 PM.

🎲 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM | Free Play & Dismissal
3s join the older campers for games or playground time. A provided snack (see example snack calendar under about tab) is available for them to grab as they are picked up!

Snacks from home are always welcome! If you prefer your child eat ONLY snacks from home, let me know!
