Registration Timeline

• Monday, August 4 at 8AM - Online Registration opens for all ARCAE students

• Friday, August 8 at 9AM and 3PM-5PM - Meet Mr. Jones to learn more about the Strings program; In Person Registration all day at Ashley River

• Tuesday, August 12 - Monday, August 18 - Mr. Jones will visit all Spanish classes to showcase the Strings program

• Tuesday, August 19 at 8PM - Registration closes for all ARCAE students

• Monday, August 25 - All Strings classes formally begin 

How do I sign up for my student to participate in the Strings programs at ARCAE?

Guardians can register their student(s) to participate in the Strings program beginning on Monday, August 4 at 8AM. 

New and returning students must complete the registration form.

There will also be an in person option for registration during Meet the Teacher on Friday, August 8.

Registration will close on Tuesday, August 19, 2025 at 8PM.

My student isn't sure if he wants to sign up. Can he try it out for a couple of weeks and then decide if they want to stick with Strings?

Participating in our Strings program is a year-long commitment. By signing up for Strings, your student is agreeing to participate all year long. Space in the class is limited. We can not have students switching back and forth between our Visual and Performing Arts classes throughout the year. Please make sure your student is fully-committed before signing up for Strings.
