District Assessments and Data

The Chappaqua Central School District is commmitted to using data to inform decissions and to track the impact of these decisions over time.  We carefully track student progress, program effecacy, curriculum strength, and the impact of events such as the COVID pandemic on student performance.  We are committed to having a "Healthy relationship" with data as we ensure that it enhances our "Whole-child" approach.  Teaching and learning are far too complex to be captured and reduced to a spreadsheet.  Nevertheless, these spreadsheets, when taken together with all that we know about teaching the whole-child can be a powerful lever for improvement in high-performing systems.

Questions or comments related to individual student performacne should be directed to the respective classroom teacher.

For questions about the District's Philosophy on Performance Metrics, or questions about the content of this page, please contact Dr. Adam Pease - Assistant Superintendent.
