If you are onsite at CHA you can self-register your Imprivata ID token for "multi-factor authentication", as follows:
First: on your cellphone, download the “Imprivata ID” app from either the Google Play Store, or the Apple App Store, before proceeding.
Open the Imprivata ID app, and do one configuration:
in upper-right, tap on "Features"
Turn on both: "Fast Access" and "Simplified E-Perscribing"
(you do not need to allow other requests/pop-ups asking for location/bluetooth/etc)
Log into an onsite CHA computer.
Find the Imprivata icon in lower-right of your screen, in the area of clock, per below screenshot
Right-click the Imprivata icon
Left-click “Enroll Authentication Methods”
Log in with your CHA username and password, or tap your CHA badge if you have one enrolled
Left-click “Enroll Imprivata ID”
Type in the “Serial Number” present on your cellphone’s Imprivata ID app exactly as shown (including/starting with: IMPR )
Type in the “Token Code” present on your cellphone’s Imprivata ID app exactly as shown (note the 6-digits change every 30-seconds, and you must be typing in the one currently presenting).
Left-click “Submit”
Left-click “Done” in the lower right
Left-click “Log out” in the upper right
You have now enrolled the newly installed Imprivata ID app, and can proceed to log into CHA Google services when offsite.
