If you are offsite from CHA you can install/register your Imprivata ID token for "multi-factor authentication", as follows:
(NOTE: you must call Helpdesk when at the step below where it is mentioned; email request for a token will not be accepted)
Perform the following install on your cellphone:
go to the Google Play Store, or the Apple App Store, and search on “Imprivata ID”.
Install the app on your cellphone, allowing any permissions requested.
Open the Imprivata ID app, and do one configuration:
in upper-right, tap on "Features"
Turn on both: "Fast Access" and "Simplified E-Perscribing"
(you do not need to allow other requests/pop-ups asking for location/bluetooth/etc)
To begin next process, you must first call Helpdesk: at 617-665-2468, and press 6.
You should indicate you are setting up your cellphone Imprivata for remote access, and "need an OTP token"
Helpdesk staff will then walk you through the current registration process.
