Mr. David Arundel
Mr. Arundel has Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from The Ohio State University and a Master of Education from The Ohio State University. He also has his gifted endorsement from Ashland University. This is his 11th year in education and his 11th year in Chagrin.
Mr. Michael DiGeronimo
Mr. DiGeronimo has a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics, Bachelor of Art in Italian Studies, both from John Carroll University (Summa Cum Laude) and completed graduate work in Italian Studies at The Ohio State University. This is his 7th year in education and his 5th year at Chagrin Falls High School.
Mr. Steve Hass-Hill
Mr. Hass-Hill has a Bachelor of Science in Systems Science and Engineering from Washington University (St. Louis), an M.B.A. from Washington University (St. Louis), and a Master of Education from Ursuline College. This is his 8th year teaching and his 6th at Chagrin Falls High School. He is a resident of Bainbridge and all three of his children graduated from Chagrin.
Mr. Dan Kerul
Mr. Kerul graduated from Ohio University (cum laude) in 1995 with a Bachelor of Science in Education and Ashland University in 2004 with a Master in Curriculum and Instruction. He started teaching at Chagrin Falls in the fall of 2004 and currently serves as the Math department chair.
Mr. Josh Maas
Mr. Maas has a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education (Mathematics) from Kent State University, a Master of Science in Mathematics from Cleveland State University, and a gifted endorsement from Ashland University. He is beginning his 25th year in education and his 17th year at Chagrin Falls High School. This will also be his 19th year teaching AP Calculus.
Ms. Jennifer Nagano
Ms. Nagano has 20 years of experience teaching mathematics and computer science in a variety of educational settings. She graduated from Case Western Reserve University with a B.S. in Computer Engineering and holds a Masters Degree in Education with a focus on Curriculum and Instruction in Mathematics from Cleveland State University. Her most recent teaching experience has been at Western Reserve Academy in Hudson, OH where she also coordinated math contests and served as a student advisor. Ms. Nagano lives in Solon, Ohio with her husband and two daughters. She enjoys running, dancing, and reading.
Mr. Mike Sweeney
Mr. Sweeney majored in Mathematics and Secondary Education at Grove City College and earned a Master's in Curriculum and Instruction from Ashland University. He is currently in his 27th year of education and his 23rd year at Chagrin Falls. In addition to his teaching responsibilities, Mr. Sweeney is the Varsity Head Baseball Coach, Varsity Assistant Basketball Coach, 8th Grade Head Football Coach, and FCA Huddle Leader.
