Solutions supporting performance and results

Overview

This page brings together three practical solutions designed to strengthen performance and results work across CGIAR. Together, they support more efficient reporting, clearer analysis of portfolio data, and more systematic tracking of progress.

The PORB analytics tool provides a flexible, internally facing way to explore PORB data, developed in response to specific GST needs. The Progress Tracking Solution builds on this by enabling Programs and Accelerators to capture and track evidence of progress against their Theory of Change and PORB deliverables in real time, with AI-assisted screening, human validation, and integrated progress reporting.

The Progress Tracking Solution enables Programs and Accelerators to capture and review evidence of progress against their approved deliverables and results frameworks in real time. It combines multiple evidence sources with AI-assisted screening and human validation to generate simple, decision-ready outputs, including traffic light summaries and narrative insights.

The AI Zero Draft tool complements these by helping Programs and Accelerators start their annual technical reports from a populated, evidence-linked zero draft—reducing time spent on compilation and allowing teams to focus on interpretation, narrative, and decision-relevant insight.

Together, these solutions aim to make reporting, analysis, and progress tracking more efficient, transparent, and useful for decision-making.
