Performance & Results Hub
The Performance & Results (P&R) Hub is a live, centralized resource for CGIAR Planning and Technical Reporting. It brings together timelines, templates, guidance, Q&A, and news, with regular updates to ensure it reflects evolving end-user needs. Visit the Hub regularly to access the latest tools and information to support effective planning and reporting.

CGIAR’s Adaptive Management Cycle is a continuous process of planning, reporting, reflection, and replanning, ensuring Programs, Accelerators, and mapped Window 3 projects remain responsive and results-driven.
It begins with Planning — updating MELIA plans, theories of change, risk management plans, and funding forecasts to build on evidence and insights.
Next is Reporting, when 2025 results — including W3/bilateral contributions — are compiled, quality-assured, and used for Annual Technical Reports and other products like the CGIAR Results Dashboard and Portfolio Narrative.
The cycle also involves a Reflect period, where lessons learned are captured. This informs the Replan phase, where plans and priorities are refined to strengthen delivery for the next cycle.
Your guide to CGIAR’s Adaptive Management Cycle
Each stage of the cycle has a dedicated page on the P&R Hub. On each page, a version of Adaptive Management Cycle diagram highlights the relevant stage, helping users easily navigate and track where they are in the process.
