When we're learning from home we somtimes use Microsoft Teams. We call it 'MS Teams'.
Make sure you download Microsoft Teams on your Chromebook, computer or ipad so that you can use it.
Once you log in, you will see that everything you need to use can be found in MS Teams including Seesaw, Google Classroom, your class video meetings and your chats with the teacher.
Ask your parents to help you to set up MS Teams. Pick the instructions below that match your device:
How will we use MS Teams?
This video is not available as we will not be using MS Teams for Home Learning.
Everything we used last term in Google Classroom still looks the same.
All of your learning tasks will still be in Google Classroom like they were before.
Your Google Classroom is still there. This time you get to it by signing into MS Teams first.
The first time you are in MS Teams, and you go to your Google Classroom, you might need to sign in to your Google Classroom again. Once you have done it once, you shouldn't need to do it again.
Watch the video here to see how we use Google Classrooms.
During Home Learning Seesaw is really for your parents and teacher. They will use it to message each other to share your learning or share information.
You can ask your parents to have a look at the Seesaw app on their phone, ipad or computer to see what the teacher has shared about your work. You can also ask your parents to share your work with the teacher by using the Seesaw app.
Seesaw can also be used in MS Teams. The first time you are in MS Teams, and you go to Seesaw, you might need to sign in to your Seesaw log in details again. Once you have done it once, you shouldn't need to do it again.
