Cuyahoga Falls City School District is committed to providing a safe and supportive learning environments for all of its students. The District encourages the promotion of positive interpersonal relations between members of the school community. Harassment, intimidation or bullying toward a student is strictly prohibited and will not be tolerated.
The Ohio Department of Education and Workforce defines bullying and harassment as any intentional, persistent and repetitive written, verbal, graphic, electronically transmitted, or physical act that a student or group of students exhibits toward another student and the behavior both: a) causes mental or physical harm to the other student; AND b) is sufficiently severe that it creates an intimidating, threatening or abusive educational environment for the victim.
Policies prohibiting harassment, intimidation, dating violence, hazing and bullying are included in student handbooks and as well District Board Policy.
To report an incident of bullying, harassment, or discrimination, please contact your student's building principal or use the Safer Ohio School Tip Line to report your concerns.

All reports will be forwarded to the building principal/designee for review and action. If you feel the situation is an emergency that warrants immediate action and it is outside of school hours please contact your local police department or call 911.
Anti-Bullying: Resources for Parents (Ohio Department of Education)
In compliance with ORC 3313.66 (B) (11), the District is required to provide a summary of the number of verified acts of harassment, intimidation and bullying that are reported to the state via the EMIS reporting system.
