CS4RI Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Resources

Although computer science is an amazing career path there is still a lack of diversity in the computer science workforce that has to be overcome in order for it to reflect the true diversity of our country. To truely diversify the computer science workforce we need to attract and support a diverse group of computer science students. Diverse students lack role models in computer science and technology that would allow them to envision a place for themselves in computer science and technology jobs and careers.

This website features interviews with a set of real people in a wide variety of computer science positions, most local to the Rhode Island area, that students can read about in hopes they will serve as role models and inspiration.
