Snack Time
We have a mid morning snack and a mid afternoon snack. Parents are encouraged to send in a dry healthy snack daily, labeled with students name in a ziploc bag/container. Please keep in mind that snack time is only 5 minutes. Do not send in anything that needs to be refrigerated. Below is a list of good snacks to consider.
-pretzels -protein bar -cereal
-muffins -granola bar -jerky
-carrot sticks -crackers -fruit snacks
-trail mix -dried fruits -popped popcorn
Note: students will be seldomly allowed to get a drink from the water fountain. Therefore, if you choose to send in a water bottle be sure it has a non-leak top that is easy for them to close.
