Where can I go for help?

The ICT Helpdesk is located in the Solais. Open from 8am to 4pm every week day.

Where can I access my Microsoft Office apps?

All students have a license for the full Microsoft Office Suite. Go to office.com and sign-in with your cewa email address.

Students are encouraged to use office.com to check email, create documents and collaborate with teachers and peers.

I have lost my charger, what can I do?

Unfortunately each student is only provided with one charger. If this is lost, the student is responsible for the replacement cost.

How do I back-up my computer?

Backing up your computer is no longer necessary in the traditional sense.

Each student receives 1TB of cloud storage in OneDrive. All students are encouraged to use their Microsoft Office OneDrive to store all files and folders.

Students can also sign-in to iCloud using their cewa email address. iCloud provides an additional 200GB of cloud storage and is great for backing up Photos and Keynote/Pages and Numbers documents.

Can I get a loan computer?

Iona ICT do not loan computers if a student forgets their own.
