Test your Microsoft Teams well in advance. See bottom of this page to make a Test call.

Microsoft Teams should operate through a browser or through the Teams app from any computer.
If you are not confident using Teams on your own computer, we recommend using your son/daughter's MacBook or iPad. (PP - 4 wont' have a school device at home).

On the day of the event, you should have confirmed your appointment times with each teacher that you need to see via Edval Interviews. Make sure that you have this agenda to hand (print it out if easier).

1. Every teacher will use the clock above to ensure that meeting appointments do not run over time.

2. One minute before the start of your meeting please click that teacher's name to access to Teams meeting as outlined below:

Making a Teams Test Call

To make a test call with the desktop client (the option doesn’t exist in the browser client)

1. Open Teams on your Mac.

2. Click on Microsoft Teams menu (top left) and choose 'Settings'

3. Then choose Devices

4. Make sure that the right audio devices are selected for the test and then click Make a test call.
