College of Engineering Thalassery,  affiliated to APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University (KTU) and recognized by the Cochin University of Science and Technology (CUSAT), is an institution managed by the Co-operative Academy of Professional Education (CAPE) which runs a network of Engineering, Management and other institutions, under Ministry of Co-operation, Govt. of Kerala. The College is running a management programme recognized by CUSAT.  The college aims to develop management professionals through an intensive MBA program run by the institute.
