Meet the CEO

The main aim of meet the CEO is to build emerging leaders to be successful and significant. An interactive session is conducted to guide Future CEOs through the dynamics of the contemporary business landscape. In this motivating and supportive environment, students could learn how to lead a business, resolve challenges, and discuss strategies leading to success.


In house debate competition

'The voice of the brains' is the debate competition which was conducted with the aim to enhance communication skills and to develop confidence among students. Debate competition helped to Improve communication skills and also helped to motivate the students by increasing their confidence. Proper time balance enhanced the participants to time management and to bring the best out of them.


Management Games

Management games aim to help make learning interactive, enjoyable, and realistic with key learning points. It's a form of training based on an artificial environment that stimulates the real situation in the management of the organisation.  It helped in developing critical thinking skills, fun and entertaining, builds team cohesievness, enhances creativity, etc.


Expert talks sessions

Expert talk sessions are conducted to cultivate knowledge from experts. The audience is able to learn so much through direct experience. When a guest expert comes into the webinar to share their knowledge, they are able to help the attendees in ways no one else can.  Interactive session with the expert who can also be highly effective at answering questions, and alleviating any concerns the audience may have, which makes for a much more comprehensive Q&A portion of the session. These individuals are obviously successful in their industry so they allow attendees to see that they too can reach that level of great achievement. Besides the expertise and knowledge they deliver at the webinar, there is also that bit of motivation and inspiration they lend.


Product Launch

Product launch aims to encourage innovations of potential Entrepreneurs and to enhance creativity in students Random products were allotted to teams with 5 participants each.The launch of an innovative version of the Product backed by a good plan is the event. Participation of all students in introducing and clearing doubts on their innovations.General discussions opened doors to good criticism which will benefit them in their professional life.


Case study analysis

Case study analysis aims to describe an individual situation, identify the key issues of the case and analyse the case using relevant theoretical concepts. Case studies tend to focus on qualitative data using methods such as interviews, articles sometimes quantitative data is also analysed. Case study analysis  could be used as a tool for the exploratory investigation that highlights a further need for further examination of the research problem.


ED CLUB - Entrepreneurial Talks( E-Talks) 

An Entrepreneurial Talks Aims students or management aspirants to think outside the box and nurture unconventional skills. It also acts as a catalyst for building entrepreneurs, where successful entrepreneurs guides and motivates the management aspirants to experience what it is like to execute their vision & ultimately find out if entrepreneurship is their calling or out. It is said that "Vision Speaks to what an entrepreneur wants his business to look like".


Business plans 

Conducting a business plan is like setting up of virtual business environment for the management aspirants. Business plans have become the most appropriate initiative to test management students most outrageous and creative business ideas without the pressure and fear of failure in case if it doesn't work out. It aids in teaching aspirants not just how to launch a business but also how to run & grow it.


NATIONAL LEVEL MANGEMENT FEST-VIPODHA

The fest is aimed at bringing out the competitive spirit of students and test their business acumen, skills and knowledge. It is an amalgamation of various events under the Marketing, HR. Finance, Analytics, cultural,sports filed to bring out the best from participants under controlled and simulated environments. VIPODHA is conceptualized, planned, and executed completely by MBA students in association with College Union and PTA and is an ideal balance between responsibility, accountability, celebration and fun. VIPODHA witnesses the participation of 30+ colleges across Bangalore, making the campus alive and kicking on the day of the event. VIPODHA offers cash prizes worth Rs. 1 Lakh+ to the winners along with Certificates.
