Today everyone will be going to the Dance Party!
YELLOWSHIRTS WILL MEET AT 4:15PM (FOR TARTU) AND 4PM (FOR DON) AT OISE PARKETTE
REMIND STUDENTS TO MEET AT 4:30PM (FOR TARTU) AND 4:15PM (FOR DON) AT OISE PARKETTE
there will be a water bottle and three slices of pizza per person
each student and yellowshirt will receive one meal voucher which they can exchange for food & drinks
yellowshirts will each be assigned a position during the dance party and will rotate throughout the evening

Charge your phone fully and bring a power bank
Review the risk assessment for the day’s route and activities
Ensure you have the group register and the group leader's contact
Make sure you have the tickets you need to enter with your group
Inform the group leader about the day's activity itinerary and route

Wear the yellow shirt for easy identification
Spend time and interact with the students
Take group photos at key locations and upload them to PhotoCircle

4:30PM: Groups meet at OISE
4:45PM: Groups start walking to Tartu College
5:00PM: Arrive at Tartu College
5:00-8:00PM: Students are in the dance party room; pizza and 1 water bottle will be provided. Activity Leaders are monitoring both inside the dance room, in the lobby, and outside
8:00PM: Activity Leaders meet their groups and walk them to St. George Station
8:15PM: Activity Leaders dismiss students

4:15-4:30PM: Groups depart for St. George Station (staggered departures) and get on the Line 2 train Eastbound to Main Street Station.
4:50PM-5:00PM: Groups arrive at Main Street Station and walk to the Don on Danforth
5:00PM-8:00PM: Students are in the dance party room; pizza and 1 water bottle will be provided. Activity Leaders are monitoring both inside the dance room, the lobby, downstairs in the foyer, and outside
8:00PM: Activity Leaders meet their groups and walk them to Main Street Station
8:30PM: Activity Leaders dismiss students
