When parents look into the parent portal at Non-Core subjects (without holistic/traditional marks) (e.g. PE, CTS, music, etc.), they will see an “i”.
An “i” indicates that this course does not have a holistic mark.
When parents look into the parent portal at CORE subjects
They will either see a% score (0-100%) or an “i.”
A “0” may mean there is at least one assignment in GradeBook, but a % score has not yet been entered by the teacher.
An “i” means there are no assignments in this course at this time.
Click on the Score to view the assignments.
Click on the graph icon to view what outcomes were assessed in the assignment.

Note: Parents are NOT able to view the report card until it has been archived (AKA published) by Office Admin. Once archived the report card will not change as new assignments are added to PowerTeacher Pro. In June when the second report card is archived, parents will have access to see the Mid-Year report card and the Final report card. Quick Lookup will provide parents with the most current marks and assessments.
