Conference Materials:
The conference program and agenda can be found under the agenda and session descriptions tab on this site. No hard copies will be available for participants. The agenda and locations will be posted on an exhibit board near the registration table.
Each presenter has the right to decide which (if any) materials will be posted for their session.
If presenters want materials posted before the conference, the link to the materials will be on the dated detailed agenda tab.
Some presenters may post materials after the conference. When posted, they will be added here and will remain on the site through September, 2025.

Pre-registration is not required.
Attendance is on a first-come, first-served basis, so plan to arrive early.
Exhibitors
The focus of our exhibits/exhibitors is to provide information and resources that are available at no cost for all participants and support the early learning field and professionals in improving outcomes for children and families. Our conference is not set up to accommodate vendors.
Exhibitors will be open Tuesday, April 8 from 8am-2:45 pm & Wednesday, April 9 from 8:00am-2:45 pm.
Exhibitors will be set-up on the outer wall of Leander Choate.
The Courage to Explore
The Courage to Explore Exhibit is an interactive space for ECE educators to explore best practices in a safe, supportive environment.
The Courage to Explore Exhibit will be open Tuesday April 8th from 8:00 am to 4:30pm & Wednesday April 9th from 7:30am-12:45pm.
This exhibit is located in the KM Hutchinson Room.

Please fill out a short survey for each session you attend.
Each time you fill out a session evaluation you’ll get entered to win a door prize donated by our exhibitors and planning committee members!
Door prize drawing winners will be notified on Tuesday by 3:45 & Wednesday by 3:00.
You must be present to win.
Conference Evaluation:
An overall conference evaluation will be emailed to all registered participants.
Registry Credits:
Wisconsin Registry credits will be available for each session during the conference.
Please have your registry ID number ready.
